The Huntingdon Multi-Terrain Charity 10k Race & Fun Run
Date, Time and Payment
Sunday 17th June 2012.
Start Times: Fun Run 9.00am, 10k Run 10am.
Location
Urban & Civic Alconbury Airfield, entrance via the North Gate.
Age Groups
3K Fun Run Age 8 upwards.
10K Race Age 16 upwards.
Timing
Both the the 10K Run and the Fun Run will be timed using computer generated chip timing.
Once you have signed up
The week before you will receive information by email regarding Race information for the day.
On the Day
Runners will need to pick up their race packs on the morning of the race.
Race packs include race numbers, chips and safety pins, and will be given out from the Registration area on the day. This will be open from 7.30 am
Prizes
Race medal for all finishers. Prizes for top 3 male and female finishers

Pre Race Warm Up
There will be warm up sessions provided by Steve Plunkett, an experienced personal trainer from Personal Fit prior to the start of both races.
Tips information and advice on running injuries
Chris is is a Consultant physiotherapist specialising in sports injuries from the Centre For Complementary Health and he'll be providing Tips Information and Advice on sports injuries for the runners, during the morning.
